Therapy Spanking Sessions

Therapy Spanking has been scientifically proven to aid in the benefit of wellbeing. Therapy spanking is where the goal is of emotional release - not sexual. Some clients enjoy spanking as a method of stress relief from the many responsibilities and stresses of their daily lives, from work, family and community obligations. Some find that being spanked offers them the opportunity to release difficult emotions and use it as a form of therapy and to aid in the healing process, emotionally and mentally.

Over the past few years, people have requested sessions with me for many different reasons. Some wish to work with specific emotional issues through spanking and some just come because they're drawn to it and wish to have this experience even if they're not exactly sure why.

Regardless of the reasons they come, all report experiencing similar benefits from the work I do. Many said they feel a deep sense of happiness and well being that can last for days after a spanking session. This supports recent research suggesting that spanking can be an effective tool in relieving anxiety and working with depression. This effect may be caused by the physical release of dopamine and endorphins into the system during and after a spanking. These neurotransmitters stimulate the pleasure centers of our brains and can make us feel very happy and satisfied.

Communication is an absolute must for this to be completely effective. There will be talking before and after and if needed, during as well. The environment will be a relaxed one to help you openly discuss your needs and what you hope to get from our sessions and all conversations will be confidential.

If you are worried about being marked then don't be - I can punish you without leaving marks.

Forty Five minute session	£100.00
Full Hour session	£140.00

I accept tips and love gifts.

Please arrive on time and be freshly showered and kempt.
The tribute is non-refundable should you cancel on the day your appointment or arrive inebriated, smelling of alcohol or are not freshly showered and shaved.
Please do not make a booking unless you are prepared to do all the above.
I will not switch - ever - do not ask.
No sex - ever - do not ask.
No sexual services - ever - do not ask.

HEALTH and SAFETY etc:

Please note that you are responsible to inform me of any medical conditions you have that might impact on the session. You have volunteered to participate in all activities. There will always be a 'safe' word if you wish the session to stop. I am a disciplinarian and Mistress ONLY so please don't insult me by asking me to switch or provide any other services that are not mentioned on this site.

If you turn up and don't meet with my high expectations of personal hygiene then I will turn you away and the punishment will be that you still give me the tribute.

NO alcohol, NO drugs, NO hangovers, NO pre-consumed alcohol or drugs. You must be 100% compus mentis. Should I detect otherwise, again you will be turned away but you will forfeit the tribute.
